In 1968 student protester where massacured by Mexican soldiers. Mr. Echeverrķa was not convicted for the murders
of dozens of students in 1968. The federal Judge refused to sentence former President Echeverrķa. Thefederal Judge
said there was insaficient evidence against Echeverrķa.
